Working in close collaboration with Northgate and having consulted with the NPIA, Clarity has developed effective integration between FastForm and PentiP and we are participating in the first business assurance site deployment of PentiP at Leicestershire Constabulary in April.
Clarity’s FastForm Ticketing Management is an image scanning, data capture and document management solution, which directly complements PentiP. FastForm increases productivity and improves operational capabilities by automating the capture of offence data from paper records, uploading validated content into PentiP and storing all incoming and outgoing offence documents in a local high-integrity document management system.
Clarity has deployed FastForm in 12 police forces and it is being used to increase throughput, eliminate data entry errors and reduce operational costs. With all pertinent offence records held in a secure but highly accessible local repository, FastForm also supports CPS objectives for delivering fully electronic case files to court.
