We were highly impressed with the Fastform Online Booking System (FOBS) and team from Clarity from our very first meeting and product demonstration, and the system has fully lived up to our expectations. FOBS went live in Warwickshire in November 2014, and we’ve been delighted with the system and ongoing support we’ve received from Clarity. The system has proved to be extremely stable and reliable and has fully met our expectations with nearly two-thirds of clients choosing to book courses online. Any issues or queries are dealt with thoroughly and promptly by the support team at Clarity in whom we have complete confidence.
We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Clarity and it is testament to Jonathan and Bill that we consider our relationship with Clarity to be a collaborative partnership rather than contract management.
