Cheshire Constabulary and Dyfed Powys Police have both recently decided to deploy FastForm Online Bookings in order to reduce operational costs and streamline the management of driver offender retraining schemes.
FastForm Online Bookings is a web-based course bookings solution that allows members of the public to book and pay for speed awareness and other driver safety courses directly over the internet. FastForm reduces on-going operational costs significantly and the solution can provide a typical return on investment in less than twelve months.
Web-based course query and booking facilities can substantially reduce offence-related call handling and data processing activities that are performed by Safety Camera Partnership and Central Ticket Office (CTO) staff. FastForm also effectively eliminates all of the paperwork and storage that is generated when citizens make course bookings.
FastForm integrates with the National NDORS system and related back office systems to support integrated processes and increase the efficiency of data collation and analysis activities.
FastForm has now been deployed in 16 UK police forces and these recent successes further demonstrate that FastForm is the solution of choice to support efficient, reliable and cost-effective processing of road traffic offence records.
