Clarity's FastForm Online Bookings is an integrated web-based electronic forms solution that supports the booking and administration of driver re-education courses by Central Ticket Offices and Safety Camera Partnerships.
FastForm is allowing Safer Roads Humber to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs and provide an improved quality of service for citizens who are offered driver offender re-education courses.
By providing citizens with access to web-based course query and booking facilities, online users can utilise a wider range of options, selecting preferred training course dates and locations and modifying previous course bookings. Research has also shown that web-based transactions are preferred by an increasingly large proportion of society. Consequently, SRH anticipates that more than 50% of course bookings shall be processed through the website within the first year of use (approximately 10,000 course bookings online).
By moving to a web-based bookings model, offence-related call handling and data processing activities that are performed by staff are also being reduced substantially and SRH can save money by reducing the staff numbers required to process increasing volumes of course bookings.
