An increasing number of Clarity’s customers have commissioned us to provide our interactive voice response solution (IVR) as an enhancement to FastForm Online Bookings (FOBS).
The Clarity IVR solution allows call handlers to take telephone payments for road safety course bookings, while protecting card holder data at all times. IVR systems improve security and PCI compliance and our IVR platform is a Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant secure telephone payment solution, which can be deployed as an enhancement to FOBS.
DTMF tones are suppressed when card details are entered through the IVR system, while the call handler can stay on the line and provide guidance. Clarity has found that this agent-assisted approach can be highly beneficial in ensuring clients are able to complete their bookings and payments, particularly when they are uncomfortable using technology.
