Kirklees Council has implemented Clarity’s FastForm Online Bookings solution to manage the delivery of driver education courses in West Yorkshire. FastForm includes both course administration functions for business users and online booking and payment facilities for course participants.
Kirklees Council provides this training service for West Yorkshire Police, which serves one of the largest metropolitan force areas in the UK. Consequently, the Council needs to process a high volume of course bookings every month and they decided that FastForm is ideally suited to supporting this function. In particular, FastForm provides highly intuitive interfaces, which encourage clients to book courses online, thereby reducing office-based telephone support and data processing tasks.
