Clarity has recently been commissioned to deploy a document management solution, which is based on Microsoft SharePoint at the University of Reading’s South East Asia campus in Malaysia.
We originally developed the solution for the university’s Estates and Facilities Department and, following successful adoption of the EDRMS, we were engaged to implement a wider range of solutions based on SharePoint for the University, including electronic forms, workflows and line of business applications. Examples have included an intranet-based Facilities Help Desk and mobile maintenance management solution, which is accessed from iPads.
These have all been very successful implementations and the university is now planning to exploit the business benefits derived from their SharePoint solution across their campus in South East Asia, using Clarity as their international deployment partner.
