Clarity has just completed a requirements analysis to support the deployment of multi-function print, copy and scan devices within Central Surrey Health, in conjunction with records management technologies to support on-line storage, retrieval and full-lifecycle management of patient health records.
The analysis identified a compelling business case to support the deployment of MFP devices, together with an integrated records management solution, and Central Surrey Health is now pressing ahead with a plan to implement the recommendations provided by Clarity.
This solution shall reduce paper and toner consumption and paper storage requirements dramatically. The solution shall also support efficient CSH-wide access to scanned patient records and refine information security management arrangements that are applied to these sensitive records.
