We were delighted to host a User Group Meeting for our FastForm Online Bookings solution at West Midlands Safari Park on the 4th November.
Police forces, local authorities and camera partnership representatives all attended the conference, which gave our community of users the opportunity to share their experiences and contribute to our 2015 product development roadmap.
We have also recently established an online FastForm User Forum, which further supports collaboration amongst our users by providing an environment where they can share information and ideas on best practice. The forum also provides a portal where we will publish information dynamically on product enhancements and new features and provide access to a wealth of system documentation.
At Clarity we believe the best way to ensure our products deliver best value is to engage with our customers to understand their challenges and use their input to support continuing product enhancement. Our commitment to user meetings and forums reflects this ethos and we hope our customers will derive significant benefit from their involvement within our community.
