Clarity is delighted to have launched our latest FastForm road safety enforcement solution, which has been branded as FastForm Process Manager.
Several Clarity customers are adopting a more agile approach to working, where staff are based in disparate locations while processing case files and Process Manager has been designed specifically to support this approach.
Using Process Manager, Central Ticket Office personnel can access electronic offence records securely and process case files while working in remote offices, police stations, court rooms and other approved locations.
Authorised personnel also use Process Manager to monitor offence processing tasks and allocate workloads dynamically, thereby providing management assurance that productivity and quality standards are being maintained across remote working locations
