Clarity has recently secured several contracts from customers who decided to use government procurement frameworks that are managed by the Crown Commercial Service.
Gloucestershire Constabulary, Lancashire Constabulary and Police Scotland all used CCS procurement frameworks to make direct catalogue-style purchases of Clarity’s FastForm road safety education and enforcement solutions.
The Crown Commercial Service has already completed competitive tendering exercises in order to establish procurement frameworks and purchases can be made through these frameworks, fully in compliance with European tendering rules.
By adopting the direct catalogue-style purchase approach that is provided with these frameworks, our customers have accelerated the tender process and made substantial commercial savings through avoiding the time and expense attributable to full OJEU procurement procedures.
