Clarity is using the Active Navigation tool-kit to provide Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service with data discovery and content cleansing services.
As part of this service, Clarity shall conduct a detailed analysis of approximately 1TB of data to identify the types of files that exist, the size and volume of file types, replication levels, redundant and potentially irrelevant content. The Active Navigation linguistic analysis engine shall also be used to extract keywords and phrases and generate intelligent summaries from the document contents.
File planning, data cleansing and content migration workshops are also being provided in order to give Fire Service staff sufficient skills to cleanse and migrate up to 3TB of data into a structured File Plan.
