Clarity Solutions on G-Cloud 11

July 2019

Clarity is delighted to announce that we have expanded the range of our solutions that are offered through the G-Cloud framework, to include Clarity Bookings and Clarity IVR.  These solutions have been added to our portfolio in the G-Cloud 11 iteration of the framework, which went live on the government’s Digital Marketplace on the 2nd July, 2019. (see https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/suppliers/2181/clarity-information-solutions-limited).

We can now provide the following solutions through G-Cloud 11:

  • Clarity Bookings is a web-based activity and resource booking solution that is used by public authorities to streamline the management of one-to-one appointments, group courses, large-scale events, customer facilities (e.g. rooms) and meetings. It includes back-office scheduling, monitoring and reporting features, along with client facing online booking interfaces.
  • Clarity IVR is a Level 1 PCI-DSS Compliant v3.2 secure telephone payment platform. It is used by public authorities to allow call centre staff to take telephone payments from members of the public without needing to record any cardholder data. This approach improves security and facilitates PCI compliance.
  • FastForm Online Bookings is used to manage the delivery of road safety courses, including national model (NDORS) courses and local courses that are designed to support local road safety initiatives. It includes back-office scheduling and resource management functionality, along with online booking and payment facilities for clients
  • CycleReady Training Management is a web-based course administration and online booking solution that is used to manage the delivery of cycling competency courses, including the national DfT Bikeability scheme for schools and both one-to-one and group-based adult courses.

The G-Cloud framework is an agreement between the UK government and suppliers who provide cloud-based services, which allows UK public authorities to purchase information management solutions that are provided using a software as a service (SaaS) delivery model.  Using G-Cloud, public authorities can purchase SaaS-based solutions through the Digital Marketplace fully in compliance with European procurement rules.
