Clarity recently provided a suite of SharePoint design, development and configuration services for Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust, which were used to develop a document and records management solution within a SharePoint environment. A blended approach to delivery was utilised on this project, with Clarity staff working alongside Trust personnel in order to facilitate knowledge transfer to both business users and technical support staff.
While the initial solution has provided a robust approach to records management, it is anticipated that additional features shall be deployed following initial adoption in order to support compliance with MoReq2010 standards and provide an appropriate level of information governance that that will allow the Trust to manage corporate records within a SharePoint environment.
