Wirral Council has awarded a contract to Clarity for the provision an appointment management and online booking solution to support the delivery of Safer for Longer information sessions.
The Appointments Management solution shall be based on our highly successful FastForm Online Bookings platform and will include separate sets of interfaces that are accessible to Council business users (administrators and call takers), instructors/assessors and clients who wish to make appointments to attend Safer for Longer information sessions.
FastForm Online Bookings was originally designed to support the delivery of national driver offender retraining courses, but local authorities and police forces are increasingly using it to support wider business functions, including local road safety courses, Bikeability sessions, taxi driver licensing and drug and alcohol courses.
