Clarity secured a contract with the Safer Roads Humberside partnership (SRH) in 2009 to provide a FastForm Online Bookings solution and associated services, including: client-specific design (incl. features and branding), installation, configuration and testing, training and support and remote hosting.
SRH comprises East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Her Majesty’s Court Service, Highways Agency, Hull City Council, Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, Humberside Police, North East Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council.
During the project, Clarity integrated FastForm OB with back-office systems and the national DORS system to provide a fully integrated data management process and increase the efficiency of data collation and analysis activities. Clarity also provided integration with the Partnership’s online payment service provider (PayPoint.net) during delivery.
SRH has used FFOBs continuously to manage the delivery of NDORS courses since the original deployment and they have seen a significant increase in the volume of web-based course bookings over this period.
