Dyfed Powys purchased Clarity’s FastForm Online Bookings solution as part of thier business transformation and in-sourcing project in order to manage the delivery of both National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) courses and local driver training courses.
FastForm is a fully web-based solution and it provides a full suite of course administration and online booking features, including:
- Online facilities for course participants to book places on driver training courses.
- Online secure payment facilities and associated management reporting functionality.
- Integration with DORS (to support the NDORS Scheme)
- An administration back end system for office staff.
- A web based interface for Trainers
Clarity developed a full Welsh language variant for all booking interfaces during this contract in order to support full compliance with the Welsh Language Act.
The contract for this solution was awarded to Clarity in January, 2014 and we delivered the full solution and supported a go-live date of 18th March, 2014.
Clarity’s scope of supply for this contract included:
- Delivery of the FastForm Online Bookings product.
- Provision of all associated design, installation, configuration, test, training and support services.
- Provision of external hosting services.
- Provision of online payment authorisation and merchant banking services.
