Clarity provided our FastForm Online Bookings solution to Cheshire Constabulary to support the in-house delivery and administration of national and local driver training courses. This web-based software solution provides a full suite of course administration features, including but not limited to:
- Online facilities for clients to book places on driver training courses
- Online secure payment facilities and reporting functionality
- Integration with DORS (to support the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme)
- An administration back end system for office staff.
- A web based interface for Trainers
The contract for the previously used solution was due to expire on the 31st March 2014 and it was therefore imperative to implement the new FastForm solution by January, 2014 to ensure all clients referred by the Force could successfully register on to courses which will take place after the expiry of the previous contract. The contract was awarded to Clarity in November, 2013 and Cheshire went live with FastForm in January, 2014 as required.
Clarity’s scope of supply for this contract has included:
- Delivery of the FastForm Online Bookings product.
- Provision of all design, installation, configuration, test, training and support services.
- Provision of external hosting services.
- Provision of online payment authorisation and merchant banking services.
Cheshire is now processing far higher course volumes than was originally anticipated at no extra cost for the system.
