SharePoint Integration with Asset Management Systems
This SharePoint solution has been designed for use in distributed Estates and Facilities environments, such as university campuses, where it is used to raise job requests for building maintenance actions, allocate jobs to engineers and track the completion of tasks, while supporting integration with line of business asset management systems. Following submission of a request through SharePoint, tablet interfaces provide access to SharePoint forms, which are used by managers to allocate jobs to relevant engineers. Maintenance engineers can then access jobs and record completed tasks through the tablet interfaces, without needing to visit offices or complete paper-based forms.

Scanning and Capture in SharePoint
Clarity’s image scanning and data capture solution supports digital mailrooms in environments where SharePoint is used as a document storage and workflow management platform. Clarity initially configured full integration of this solution with enterprise document and records management systems in order to automate the capture of scanned paper records in an EDRMS. We subsequently provided a SharePoint integration module that is used to automate the capture of scanned paper records in SharePoint document libraries.
Clarity has developed numerous integrations between enterprise content management tools, including Microsoft SharePoint, EDRMS platforms and cms platforms, including Open Text eDOCS and Web Site Management (aka RedDot CMS). This integration is used to exchange data between internal solutions and public facing websites (e.g. publish the most recent "approved" versions of documents stored in an EDRMS to websites and intranets automatically).
National Police Databases
Clarity has provided road safety enforcement and education solutions to 27 local authorities and police forces throughout the UK, including document management systems for offence records and course management, booking and payment solutions. We have integrated these solutions with national government offence management systems and police adjudication solutions, including the Home Office PentiP and DORS systems and Cubic EROS to automate the capture and processing of offence data. These solutions are also fully integrated with PCI DSS compliant payment management systems, address lookup systems, mapping systems and SMS messaging systems.
Fire Safety Databases
Clarity has developed integration between document management systems and the Civica CFRMIS fire safety and risk management application. This integration allows users to store documents directly from the fire safety system into a DMS and to retrieve all documents associated an event or incident.
Clarity offers integration between document management systems and GIS applications. This integration allows users to click on a location in a GIS map and retrieve all documents associated with the selected location.
HR Systems Integration
Clarity developed bespoke integration between the Northgate Employee Resource Link system and Open Text document management systems using VB.NET. This integration supports 2-way communication between these systems and allows HR personnel to access specific employee information from each environment and additionally avoids duplication of sensitive employee information.
